Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales by identifying, marketing, and recommending bank products and services.
• Process transactions, open accounts, and perform account maintenance.
• Handle branch servicing duties such as vault balancing, cash ordering, and ATM maintenance.
• Use problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and concerns per Woodforest guidelines.
