Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant and transferrable sales or customer service experience.
• OR an Associate’s degree and 1 year of relevant and transferrable sales and/or customer service experience.
• OR a Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales by identifying and recommending bank products and services.
• Process transactions, open accounts, and maintain accounts.
• Handle branch servicing duties such as vault balancing, cash ordering, and ATM maintenance.
• Address customer inquiries with Woodforest Experience training.
