Job summary

Precision General Commercial Contractor in Novato, CA is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of commercial construction projects. You will coordinate project accounting, financial documentation, contract administration, and compliance records, working with Project Managers, Accounting, subcontractors, lenders, and owners.

The role emphasizes maintaining accurate records, preparing lender draw packages, reviewing invoices and change orders, and keeping deliverables

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on accounting experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; related degree preferred.
• Strong Excel and ability to learn accounting systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience in commercial construction accounting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare lender draw packages with supporting documentation.
• Maintain draw calendar and coordinate with lenders and owners.
• Review invoices, change orders, and cost records for accuracy.
• Maintain organized project files and notices.
• Coordinate with project managers, accounting, subs, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance documentation and records are up to date.
