Job summary

RGA (Rubber-and-Gasket-Company-of-Americ) in Fort Smith, AR is seeking an entry-level Fabrication Associate for hose and gasket products. You will learn and apply a variety of tools and machinery to tailor products to customer needs, with safety as a priority.

Qualifications

• Preferred: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must have a valid, active Driver’s License with an insurable driving record

Responsibilities

• Fabricate hose assemblies, gaskets, and related products per customer requirements.
• Operate shop equipment such as die press, belt slitter, and automated coupling machines under supervision.
• Conduct warehouse inventory, move/store material using forklifts, and deliver products using company vehicles.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA‑compliant workspace and follow safety procedures.
• Learning and safely operating a wide variety of tools and machines.
