Job summary

Winter-Dent & Company is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Tech to support ongoing client servicing and account management within our employee-owned agency. You will work with Account Managers to process certificates, endorsements, and notices, while maintaining accurate files in Applied EPIC.

The role includes front desk coverage, new business setup assistance, and collaboration with carriers to ensure responsive customer service and efficient processing for commercial accounts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years insurance industry experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Excellent communication and client-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Ongoing client and account servicing across commercial lines.
• Manage certificate requests and endorsements in Applied EPIC.
• Issue and distribute evidence of insurance and auto IDs to clients.
• Handle notices, audits, and documentation in the system.
• Front desk coverage and agency support.
• Support new business accounts setup in Applied EPIC.
