Winter-Dent & Company is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Tech to support our employee-owned team in Columbia Township, MO. You will handle ongoing client servicing, certificate requests, endorsements, and documentation in Applied EPIC alongside Account Managers.

The role includes managing a small commercial book (Auto, General Liability, Workers' Comp), front desk coverage, and new business setup. A P&C license within 90 days is expected; prior insurance experience is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• P&C license acquired by hire or within 90 days.
• 2+ years in the insurance industry preferred.
• Strong multitasking, organization, and confidentiality.
• Effective communication and client relationship skills.

Aufgaben

• Ongoing client and account servicing with certificates, endorsements, and document handling in Applied EPIC.
• Manage a small book of commercial accounts with focus on Auto, GL, and Workers' Comp.
• Provide front desk coverage and agency support, including calls, mail runs, and PTO coverage.
• Support New Business with setting up policies in Applied EPIC and data entry.
• Maintain organized records in the CRM and collaborate across teams for high-quality service.
