Qualifications

• Two years construction industry experience preferred.
• A degree in Construction Management, Design, or Engineering a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand CSI cost codes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Capable of performing estimating & project takeoffs with no guidance.
• Carry out the entire project bidding process.
• Build, understand and maintain a project budget.
• Able to assist in submittals, payments and logs.
• Understand RFI process and maintain logs.
• Able to process change orders & change events.
• Able to read and interpret contracts, bonds, and insurance requirements.
• Maintain QA/QC and safety considerations on projects.
