Make a meaningful impact in the lives of students by taking on an onsite role as a Special Education Teacher with expertise in ESOL near Naperville, IL. This full-time contract position provides the opportunity to work in a school setting, supporting learners with diverse educational needs in an inclusive classroom environment.

What we’re seeking:

• Valid Special Education Teacher Certification in Illinois (LBS1 required)
• Experience as a Special Education Teacher and/or ESOL Teacher
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills
• Familiarity with developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, parents, and support staff
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, nurturing, and engaging learning environment

Key responsibilities:

• Design and deliver individualized instruction tailored to students’ unique learning profiles
• Implement evidence-based ESOL and special education strategies
• Track and assess student progress, documenting improvements and adjustments as needed
