Job summary

UP Education Network in Boston seeks an ESL teacher to join UP Academy and deliver rigorous curricula while supporting students on the path to college. You will work with colleagues to foster academic growth and character development in a dynamic urban setting.

The role emphasizes collaboration, equity, and high expectations for all learners. A valid MA Teaching License (ESL PreK–8 or 5–12) with SEI endorsement is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required, Master’s degree is preferred.
• A valid Massachusetts Teaching License in ESL, PreK – 8 or 5-12 and SEI endorsement.
• Current authorization to work in the United States – a candidate must have such authorization by day one.
