Job summary

Great Hearts Academies is seeking an English Language Learner Coordinator to join our K-12 campuses in the Helotes, TX area. You will coordinate ESL identification, curriculum support, and collaboration with teachers to ensure compliant and effective ESL services.

Responsibilities include coordinating LPAC processes, developing curriculum for ESL learners, and supporting stakeholders from families to administrators in bilingual education initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Valid/current Texas Teacher Certification.
• Valid Texas Bilingual Endorsement or ESL Supplemental and Generalist/Core Content Certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate processes to identify bilingual/ESL students across grade levels and review student data and testing.
• Provide resources and consult with parents, administrators, counselors, teachers, and community agencies regarding bilingual and ESL students.
