Dutech Systems in Zeeland, MI, seeks an ESL Instructor (Part-Time) to teach onsite ESL and ESP to frontline team members at a client facility. The role is 100% onsite with a schedule of Tuesdays and Thursdays, 1:00 PM–5:30 PM, totaling about 9 hours per week.

The ideal candidate holds a related degree and prior ESL/ESP experience, strong classroom management, and the ability to develop engaging lessons for adult learners in a supportive workplace setting.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching ESL, ESP, adult education, or English language learners.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
