Job summary

Dutech Systems is seeking a dedicated ESL Instructor to teach onsite English as a Second Language classes at a Tyson facility in Sanford, NC. The ideal candidate will be passionate about adult education, providing engaging and supportive instruction to help improve English language skills for frontline team members.

This role involves delivering approximately 9 instructional hours weekly, developing lesson plans, and creating a positive classroom environment. A Bachelor's degree in a related field and ESL teaching experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

Client is seeking a dedicated and engaging ESL Instructor to teach onsite, face-to-face English as a Second Language (ESL) classes at a Tyson facility in Sanford, NC. The ideal candidate will be passionate about adult education and committed to helping frontline team members improve their English language skills.

Contract Details

Contract Duration: June 29, 2026 – August 29, 2026
Schedule: 9–11 Hours per Week

Schedule

• Tuesday: 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM and 3:00 PM – 4:30 PM
• Thursday: 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM and 3:00 PM – 4:30 PM
• Friday: 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM and 3:00 PM – 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver approximately 9 instructional hours per week teaching ESL and/or English for Specific Purposes (ESP) courses.
• Develop and prepare instructional materials and lesson plans.
• Create a positive and engaging learning environment for adult learners.
• Attend Upward Academy partner meetings, faculty meetings, and training sessions.
• Participate in recruitment events and program culmination activities.
• Track attendance and maintain required program documentation.
