Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking an ESL Instructor to teach onsite English as a Second Language (ESL) and English for Specific Purposes (ESP) classes for frontline team members at a Tyson Foods facility. The role focuses on developing materials and delivering engaging instruction to adult learners in a workplace setting.

The instructor will assess progress, maintain attendance records, and participate in partner and staff meetings to support program improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, English, TESOL, ESL, or related field.
• Experience teaching ESL, ESP, adult education, or English language learners.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent classroom management and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create engaging instructional materials and adapt teaching methods for diverse learners.
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Class Times:
  • 3:00 PM – 4:30 PM
  • 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM
• Instructional Hours: Approximately 9 hours per week
• Work Setting: 100% Onsite
