Job summary

Headlight.Health in Vancouver, WA seeks an Interventional Psychiatry Technician to provide clinical administrative and patient support in an outpatient esketamine program. You will coordinate care, educate patients, and act as a consistent point of contact throughout the treatment journey.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and compassion, with on-site work in a fast-paced clinic and a shift schedule that supports patient access and continuity of care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree or higher in healthcare administration, psychology, behavioral health, nursing, or related field preferred.
• Experience with psychiatric or behavioral health settings is a plus.
• Current BLS/First Aid/CPR/AED or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Experience with ketamine/esketamine treatments and outpatient care advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment for esketamine/TMS appointments and ensure sessions start on time.
• Welcome patients, review day expectations, and provide clear education throughout care.
• Support patients during treatment by following clinical protocols and communicating concerns.
• Document treatment activities and patient notes in the EHR accurately.
• Serve as a consistent contact for patients, address questions, and coordinate care.
