Job summary

Propulsion Controls Engineering LLC in Washington state is seeking an Environmental, Safety & Health Technician I to support Bremerton and Everett sites. You will help ensure regulatory compliance and safe operations.

The role requires OSHA NAVSEA knowledge, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. A high school diploma or GED is required, with preference for maritime knowledge or incident-investigation experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED certificate or equivalent education and experience.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA Regulations 29 CFR 1910, 1915 and NAVSEA Standard Items.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Maritime knowledge is preferred.
• Experience in investigating and reporting incidents.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an environmental and safety resource for facility and subcontractor personnel.
• Ensure compliance with Federal OSHA, State OSHA, NAVSEA Standard Items, and Maritime regulations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support safety programs and incident investigations.
