As a ESG & Sustainability Manager, you will play a strategic leadership role in advancing Sourceability's Global Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategy, with a specific focus on sustainability initiatives, carbon footprint reduction, social responsibility audits, and alignment with international standards such as ISO 9001:2015 (Climate Change Amendment) and ISO 14001. This position supports the design, execution, and oversight of ESG programs, working cross-functionally to embed sustainability into operations across a global distribution network, including the U.S, APAC and EMEA.

Insight on your impact:
- Create, implement and train an ESG & Sustainability Program that incorporates compliance with environmental regulations, promoting sustainable practices, developing and implementing strategies for waste reduction, recycling, energy efficiency, and carbon print monitoring and reduction.
- Raise awareness and promote ESG & Sustainability initiatives, processes, and procedures.
- Monitor and adapt regulatory changes and trends surrounding ESG-related disclosures and policies in the U.S., EMEA and APAC (including SEC, NAIC etc.) and proactive risk mitigation.
- Coordinate third-party ESG ratings, assessments, and customer data requests.
- Lead annual carbon footprint assessments and sustainability KPI tracking across all sites and maintain a strong technical understanding of environmental best practices, waste management and materials science.
- Collaborate with all departments in the company to implement sustainable material and process improvements.
- Support long-term sustainability planning aligned with corporate targets and stakeholder expectations.
- Lead social responsibility and sustainability audits for internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop training and communication strategies to engage employees on ESG values and initiatives.
- Represent the company in ESG-related partnerships, external stakeholders, industry forums, and customer engagements.
- Lead ESG reporting cycles, including metric collection, assurance, and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 9001:2015 (Climate Change Amendment) standards.
Your qualifications, your influence:
To be successful in the role, you must possess the following skills
- ESG/Sustainability experience managing and implementing in a global operational setting, ideally within logistics, distribution, or supply chain.
- Knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance frameworks in major global markets.
- Prior experience leading or supporting initiatives in carbon neutrality, energy efficiency, or waste reduction.
- Experience managing quality standards such as: ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
- Experience leading social responsibility audits with external stakeholders.
- Ability to prepare new content, train, and articulate ESG and Sustainability Concepts to all departments within our Global Company.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
- Ability to speak, write and understand English language.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Preferred skills and technical familiarity:
Adding additional insight, and a growth mindset, will elevate your contribution in this role
- Previous experience in the distribution or manufacturing of electronic components.
- Internal or external auditor certification of any quality standard.
- Six sigma black or green belt certification preferred.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to link ESG goals to business value.
