Job summary

QTS Realty Trust is seeking a dedicated Sustainability Coordinator to support its ESG program across the company. You will drive data collection, reporting, and communications, partnering with cross-functional teams nationwide and traveling as needed.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years in GHG accounting or corporate sustainability; knowledge of SASB, TCFD, and GRI is preferred. You will refine data methods and help advance robust sustainability metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 1–3 years of quantitative experience in GHG accounting, corporate sustainability, environmental science, engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of SASB, TCFD and GRI frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Manage ESG data collection processes across internal stakeholders.
• Track and analyze progress against targets and industry benchmarks.
• Assist with data entry, data management and reporting.
• Improve environmental data quality and refine methodologies to drive robust impact measurement.
• Update business information tools, spreadsheets, and presentations with latest data.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to source, automate, and analyze data on emissions and other sustainability metrics.
