Job summary

JLL seeks a Sustainability Compliance & Reporting Manager for Amazon Global Real Estate and Facilities to drive ESG regulatory compliance and sustainability reporting across European operations. You will coordinate multiple workstreams, develop audit-ready documents, and liaise with legal, data, facilities, and vendors while aligning teams across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ESG compliance project management across Europe, managing timelines and deliverables
• Create work-back plans, RACIs, process maps, and audit-ready docs; track via Asana
• Produce clear communications for senior leaders and external stakeholders
• Coordinate with data, legal, facilities, sustainability, and third-party vendors
• Develop governance frameworks for reactive and proactive compliance approaches
• Translate regulatory requirements into structured, actionable project plans
• Draft communications and align cross-time-zone project teams (US, UK, EU)
