Responsibilities

• Coordinate preparation, execution, and corrective action follow-up for ESG audits (RBA, JAC, WCA).
• Serve as a key contact for customer sustainability engagement, including ESG questionnaires and requests.
• Coordinate with functions and global sites to ensure timely responses to customer ESG requirements.
• Monitor customer sustainability requirements and industry trends to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Establish and improve customer ESG engagement and audit management mechanisms.
