Job summary

WNC Corp. in Texas, U.S. is seeking a sustainability professional to manage ISO 14064 GHG inventories and support decarbonization efforts across the organization.

You will drive SBTi implementations, plan renewable energy initiatives, and collaborate across sites to strengthen carbon management and performance tracking. The role requires 3+ years in ESG or related fields, with knowledge of GHG Protocol and energy management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in ESG, carbon management, energy management, environmental engineering, or related fields.
• Knowledge of ISO 14064, GHG Protocol, Scope 1/2/3, SBTi, renewable energy, and carbon management; strong data analysis, project management, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or above in Environmental Engineering, Energy, Sustainability, Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage ISO 14064 GHG inventories, including data collection, verification support, and continuous improvement.
• Drive and track corporate decarbonization initiatives and SBTi target implementation.
• Plan and implement renewable energy, green electricity procurement, and other carbon reduction projects.
• Support Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions analysis and decarbonization pathway planning.
• Collaborate across functions and sites to strengthen carbon management mechanisms and track performance.
