Easterseals Florida, Inc. is seeking an Exceptional Student Education Teacher Assistant for The School for Limitless Learning for the 2025-2026 school year.

This full-time, school-year position pays $18.00 per hour and requires 37.5 hours per week, serving neurodiverse children with a play-based curriculum and inclusive approach. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred).
• Florida Staff Credential options: FCCPC, ECPC, CDA/NECC, or an Associate Degree in ECE/Child Development.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Successful completion of the Florida DCF 45-hour Child Care Training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a positive, safe, stimulating, and inclusionary learning environment
• Design and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities
• Provide constant supervision to ensure the safety and well-being of each child within the learning center
• Maintain open and effective communication with parents and families
• Work collaboratively with other educators and staff to promote a positive and cohesive team environment
• Screen and assess children to determine developmental and educational needs

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field

Florida Child Care Professional Credential (FCCPC)

Early Childhood Professional Certificate (ECPC)

National Early Childhood Credential (CDA/NECC)

Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education/Child Development

CPR and First Aid certification

• A Florida Staff Credential (one of the following):

• ----National Early Childhood Credential (CDA/NECC), or
• ----Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education/Child Development
• Successful completion of the Florida Department of Children & Families 45-hour Child Care Training preferred
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
