Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and passing score on ParaPro Exam.
• OR Completion of 60 credit hours or an Associate's degree from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the instructional process with students individually or in small groups, under supervision.
• Prepare and organize instructional aids, materials, and technology as directed.
• Reinforce positive learning and behavior patterns with students.
• Support in development of study skills and achievement of instructional objectives.
• Assist in implementation of a student’s IEP as appropriate.
• Maintain confidentiality of student information and comply with laws and policies.
