Job summary

Second Mile Education seeks an ESE teacher to coach, motivate, and instruct high school students with IGP/IEP goals in a Florida-based program. You will collaborate with classroom teachers and administrators to ensure compliance with state and district requirements and RtI policies.

A Florida teaching certification is required; a bachelor's degree in Education and experience with at-risk youth are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
• Valid state teaching certification (FL).
• Knowledge of secondary education principles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain student progress and attendance records.
• Lead classroom instruction with strong subject knowledge.
• Support school enrollment and attendance initiatives.
