Job summary

Naples Classical Academy is seeking an ESE Coordinator to lead Student Services, including special education, MTSS, and social-emotional programming. You will supervise staff, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with applicable laws while advancing the school's classical education mission.

The role reports to the Head of School and Administration and requires a proven track record in ESE administration and collaboration with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Current Professional Educator Certification is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Special Education, ESE or related field.
• Five years of experience in school administration within the ESE department.
• Strong background in social-emotional learning competencies and IEP processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise student services staff and manage department budget.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations governing Student Services.
• Oversee MTSS and Section 504; coordinate with district special education services.
• Provide training on IEP development, transitions, and data-based decision making.
• Lead development of inclusive practices and restorative approaches to student conduct.
• Collaborate with administrators to support instructional goals and post-secondary planning.
