BridgePrep Academy Miami Gardens is seeking a dual-impact ESE Coordinator & ESOL Teacher. This hybrid role blends targeted language instruction for multilingual learners with campus-wide ESE compliance leadership.

The position includes two extra weeks outside the regular calendar for ESE compliance setup, caseload reviews, and audit prep. Bachelor’s degree and Florida teaching certifications are required.

• Florida Teaching Certificate with ESE & ESOL endorsements required.
• Background screening Level 2 Florida Care Provider.
• Provide 3 professional references including a former manager.

Responsibilities

• Teach small-group and individualized instruction for ESE/ESOL students with appropriate accommodations.
• Manage IEP timelines, reevaluations, file audits, and service minutes for compliance.
• Coordinate with general education teachers, related service providers, and parents to support progress.

Job description

Salary Range: $56,607.00 To $74,348.00 Annually

Contract: Full-Time

Compensation:$56,607.00 – $74,348.00

(Base starting rate includes referendums, supplements, and bonuses based on experience/degree)

About the Role

BridgePrep Academy Miami Gardens is seeking a dual-impact ESE Coordinator & ESOL Teacher. This hybrid position combines targeted language instruction for Multilingual Learners with campus-wide Special Education (ESE) compliance leadership.

This role includes two extra weeks outside the regular academic calendar dedicated to ESE compliance setup, caseload reviews, and audit prep.

Key Responsibilities

Teaching: Deliver small-group and individualized instruction to ESE and ESOL students; implement required accommodations and language scaffolds (WIDA/ACCESS aligned).

Compliance & Leadership: Manage IEP timelines, reevaluations, file audits, and service minute tracking to maintain 100% state and federal compliance.

Coordination: Partner with general education teachers, related service providers (Speech, OT, etc.), and parents to support student progress.
