TalentSource in Carmel, IN is seeking energetic title and escrow professionals to join our team. The role focuses on managing the closing process and delivering top-notch customer service for internal and external clients.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of title closing experience and hold or can obtain title licensing and notary commission. Proficiency with ResWare and MS Office is preferred. This on-site role offers a supportive team and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of title closing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of ResWare and MS Office preferred.
• Must have or be eligible to obtain title licensing from the state.
• Must have or be eligible to obtain notary commission from the state.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of and adherence to the title and escrow transaction processes.
• Providing next-level customer service while developing strong relationships with internal and external clients.
• Managing all aspects of the closing process.
• Expertly and expediently resolving any title issues that arise.
• Exhibits excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with written and verbal communication.
• Self-motivated with a strong work-ethic.
