Job summary

Easy Street Capital is seeking an experienced Escrow Specialist to lead tax and insurance administration for our RTL and DSCR portfolios. You will help build in-house escrow capabilities and shape processes as our servicing platform grows.

The role requires strong mortgage escrow expertise and the ability to work independently in a expanding environment, with collaboration across teams on vendor relations and servicing initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage servicing experience with direct tax, insurance, and escrow.
• Strong understanding of mortgage escrow administration and servicing practices.
• Experience working with tax and insurance monitoring vendors.
• Analytical, organized, and able to solve problems independently.
• Comfortable in a growing environment where processes and systems are being built.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships and day-to-day activity with tax and insurance vendors.
• Oversee vendor data files, loan boarding/deboarding, monitoring, exceptions, and issue resolution.
• Partner with Accounting on vendor invoicing and related reconciliation.
• Serve as internal point of contact for tax, insurance, and escrow questions and escalations.
• Provide subject matter expertise as we build and test escrow functionality within our servicing platform.
• Manage DSCR escrow activity including analysis, collections, disbursements, shortages, surpluses, and advances.
• Support other servicing functions and initiatives as needed.

Easy Street Capital is seeking an experienced Escrow Specialist to lead tax and insurance administration for our growing RTL portfolio and help build our in-house escrow capabilities to support our expanding DSCR portfolio.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who brings strong mortgage escrow expertise, can operate independently, and is excited to help shape processes and systems as our servicing platform grows.

• 5+ years of mortgage servicing experience with direct tax, insurance, and escrow experience
• Bachelor's degree
