Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Associate/Technical degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years of directly related experience.
• Strong analytical abilities for loan files and data review.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Independent with initiative; can work with minimal supervision.
• Solid understanding of escrow servicing regulations and compliance.
• Mentorship ability to support team members.

Responsibilities

• Quality Oversight: ensure loan payments are processed accurately and in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Escalation Support: investigate root causes, develop resolution plans, and escalate as needed.
• Workload Support: mentor colleagues, meet productivity goals, and identify data/process improvement opportunities.
