Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete real estate escrow transactions by determining requirements.
• Act as a neutral liaison between file parties and monitor risk.
• Ensure funds are accounted for and disbursed per contract terms.
• Prepare regular reports on escrow status for involved parties.
• Examine titles, mortgages, and trust deed documents.
• Prepare closing documents and finalize closing statements and title documents.
