Job summary

Southern Title and Trust LLC in New York seeks an Escrow Officer to prepare buyers for real estate closings and process the related legal paperwork.

You will facilitate hold and transfer of funds, act as an intermediary among all parties, review contracts and deeds, and help clear title.

Qualifications
