Job summary

Acrisure is seeking an experienced Escrow Officer to support the closing and settlement process for real estate transactions at our Melville, NY office. You will prepare settlement statements, verify payments, and coordinate with wiring and disbursement teams to ensure funds are properly disbursed.

The ideal candidate has 2 years escrow/closing experience in the title industry, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines.

Qualifications

• 2 years escrow/closing experience in the title industry.
• Experience preparing and reviewing settlement statements within title, escrow, or real estate.
• National Closing Coordinator or multi-state closing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely settlement statements for real estate transactions.
• Review and verify payment amounts, wiring instructions and disbursement information.
• Coordinate with internal wiring and disbursement teams to provide accurate wire instructions.
• Review closing documentation to identify discrepancies prior to closing and disbursement.

This role is primarily responsible for preparing accurate settlement statements, verifying payment and wiring information, and coordinating closely with internal teams to ensure funds are properly disbursed.The ideal candidate has strong experience preparing and reviewing settlement statements and understands the financial components of real estate closings.
