Qualified candidates have at least 5 years in an independent escrow company, DFPI clearance, a book of business, and experience with QUALIA or RBJ.

Of course, your job won’t just stop at paperwork (as exciting as that can be). You’ll need to smooth over title issues, handle tricky lien situations, and be the hero of every real estate deal.
