Job summary

Integrated Resources, Inc ( IRI ) is seeking a Project Analyst for Land Development and Escrow in Pomona, CA. The role is hybrid: 3 days remote with Monday and Tuesday onsite.

Responsibilities include processing encroachment actions, payments, licensing requests, and document review. Requires 3+ years in Title/Escrow/Real Estate and strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting Title, Escrow, Property Management, or Real Estate.
• Experience with real estate/land maps and plans (Tract, Parcel, Assessors maps) and Land Vision or Google Earth.
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and research skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

• Process encroachment closures, project notifications, and work orders.
• Process non-PO payments, create LCAP/LCOR, and pay line rents.
• Monitor the Secondary Land Use Inbox, respond to inquiries, submit licensing requests, and update logs.
• Review Certificate of Insurance documents, update SAP, and forward documents to licensing agents.

• Support land and property-related operations, including project notifications, work orders, encroachment closures, payments, licensing, and documentation.
• Monitor land-use requests, respond to inquiries, maintain records, and coordinate with licensing agents.
• Research and analyze property information while managing multiple priorities accurately.
