ForFutures Financial, Planning is looking for a Flexible Part-Time Escrow Assistant in Roseburg, Oregon. You will assist the Escrow team with customer support and administrative duties essential to the escrow process. Role Overview

In this role you will work in a dynamic, fast‑paced setting supporting our Escrow team in a variety of ways including customer support and administrative duties. This position plays a key role in making the dream of home ownership a reality.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in the escrow process, including opening orders, inputting closing statement information, preparing documents for closing, and handling complete disbursement and follow‑up.
• Communicate regularly with customers during the escrow process flow.
• Interpret various agreements as they relate to escrow closings.
• Work with a variety of technologies to enable escrow transactions and assist customers to ensure a phenomenal customer experience.

Compensation

Pay Range: $18.46 - $24.63 Hourly. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
