Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication with both internal teams and external customers.
• Problem solver with strong organizational skills, detail oriented, eager to learn.
• Two or more years escrow-related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the escrow process, such as opening orders, reading title commitments, and taking necessary steps to clear title.
• Communicate regularly with customers during the escrow process flow.
• Interpret various agreements as they relate to escrow closings.
• Work with a variety of technologies to enable escrow transactions, ensuring a phenomenal customer experience.
