Responsibilities:

  • Open escrow orders, input closing statement information, and prepare documents required for closing
  • Handle disbursement and follow-up for escrow transactions
  • Communicate requirements and updates to clients professionally
  • Interpret agreements related to closing and maintain accurate documentation

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of escrow-related experience
  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong organizational, customer service, and administrative skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with escrow or client operating systems

Pay Details: $24.33 per hour
