Job summary

Otis Worldwide Corporation is seeking an Escalator Technical Project Manager based near Bloomfield, CT to lead escalator projects end-to-end from estimating to handover. The role demands strong technical and customer-focused project management with scheduling, risk mitigation, and issue resolution, ensuring quality, performance, and on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field and 5+ years in engineering or project management within construction;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in engineering and/or project management within construction.
• AutoCAD experience and MS Office proficiency are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support escalator projects on New Equipment and Modernization across the full project lifecycle, including estimating, ordering, shipment, installation and handover.
• Review technical bid specs and drawings to ensure product alignment with requirements.
• Provide technical support to sales offices to ensure customer needs are met and acted upon.
