Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented ESC Manufacturing Technician to support our electrostatic chuck (ESC) manufacturing operations. This position is intended for individuals who are interested in building a stable, long-term role and growing with the company while supporting daily production activities and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform ESC manufacturing processes in accordance with work instructions and customer specifications
- Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections for visual and functional requirements (e.g., UT, leak check, withstand voltage, CMM, Ra, etc.)
- Perform surface treatment processes such as lapping, brushing, blasting, and patterning
- Perform bonding, de-bonding, potting, soldering, cleaning, and heater cleaning processes
- Support quality control activities, documentation, and continuous improvement efforts
- Assist with equipment troubleshooting, calibration, and preventative maintenance
- Support tooling, fixture development, and process improvements as needed
- Comply with all safety regulations and support cross-functional manufacturing operations
- Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors or management
Qualifications
- Prior manufacturing, assembly, or technician experience is preferred but not required
- Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply

- Ability to follow work instructions and quality procedures
