The eSales Agent is responsible for engaging with customers contacting the dealership interested in purchasing new and/or pre-owned vehicles. Their goal is to generate sales appointments and drive customers to the dealership. The agent handles internet inquiries and phone calls, establishing contact and a positive first impression with our customers. The eSales Agent’s role is to deliver a premium customer experience by responding promptly, professionally, accurately, and courteously.
This position uses lead management tools and CRM software to manage initial guest engagement. The agent will be trained to understand all products and services, current inventory, finance, and incentive programs. Continuous training in customer service, sales tactics, overcoming objections, and developing customer relationships will be provided.
The eSales Agent reports to the Traffic Manager or Sales Manager. Compensation is performance-based, tied to appointments and sales.
