Job summary

Hacienda is hiring a Bartender to greet guests, mix and serve drinks, and deliver a fun, guest-obsessed experience. You will follow recipes, upsell specials, and keep the bar clean and well-stocked while staying on your feet and providing excellent service.

Candidates must be 21+, able to obtain Indiana liquor licensure, and operate the POS system as part of a team that aims to make every guest feel at home and enjoy a memorable fiesta.

• Provide responsible alcohol service.

Your focus will be to follow Hacienda recipes and provide drinks for Guests. You will be part of a team with a common goal, BE GUEST OBSESSED! And don’t forget to have FUN!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Greet Guests promptly with “Margaritas today?” and provide fresh Chips and Salsa.
• Provide a FIESTA EXPERIENCE for our Guests!
• Serve our Guests (and the Servers serving Guests) quickly and efficiently.
• Be a Team player
• Make our Guests say “WOW…That was a fun, wacky, unexpected, unforgettable, experience!
• Get drink orders and suggest a “Margarita Today?” to anyone over the age of 21.
• Card Guests under the age of 40.
• “Read” the guest and deliver the experience they want on this visit
• Suggestive Sell Specials and Extras
• Maintain a Clean and Well-Stocked Area

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

• Regular and reliable attendance
• Must be able to be on your feet for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must provide responsible alcohol service
• Must be able to obtain a liquor license in the state of Indiana
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Handle Guests’ payments by either providing change or processing credit/gift card payments
• Able to operate the POS system
• Verify identification and age requirements of Guests
• Prepares and maintains ingredients by following recipes
