Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking an ERSEA Coordinator at GHSEEC HS S64 in Atlantic City, NJ. The role oversees enrollment, eligibility and attendance, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and policies.

You will analyze community data, plan enrollment strategies, and train staff on ERSEA procedures to support Head Start programs. The position requires a 4 year degree in social work or related field, with possible bilingual preference and a valid NJ driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in social work or related field.
• One year social services experience.
• Valid NJ driver’s license with access to an insured vehicle daily.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze community assessment information and facilitate planning to determine design options, recruitment efforts and enrollment guidelines for HS, EHS, and CCP.
• Provide input to develop or revise ERSEA systems, policies and procedures.
• Oversee ERSEA Committee and monitor enrollment applications and eligibility determinations.
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry, reporting, and tracking of ERSEA updates.
• Design and deliver training on enrollment systems, procedures, and ERSEA regulations to staff and partners.
