Job summary

Sheltering Arms in Atlanta seeks an ERSEA Field Support Specialist to partner with center teams, guide Family Support Coordinators through the enrollment workflow, and ensure equitable access across Head Start programs.

You will provide step-by-step guidance, audits of eligibility and file completeness, and collaboration across sites to maintain compliance with EHS/HS/Pre-K standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in social work or related field.
• Two years of ERSEA, Family Support, HS/EHS, or Pre-K enrollment experience preferred.
• Commitment to equity and trauma-informed practice.

Responsibilities

• Guide FSCs through enrollment workflow with coaching and compliance guidance.
• Assist with eligibility determinations and documentation accuracy.
• Support centers with recruitment, waitlists, and data reporting.
• Conduct pre- and post-enrollment audits for file quality.
