Responsibilities
- Oversees staff engaged in ERSEA and Family Services.
- Monitors eligibility applications, waitlists, and attendance.
- Conducts weekly caseload reviews and documents outcomes.
- Provides case management support to families and staff.
- Ensures compliance with health requirements and training mandates.
