Job summary

Sheltering Arms is seeking an ERSEA Field Support Specialist to partner with center teams to guide Family Support Coordinators through enrollment workflows. You will provide step-by-step support, coaching, and compliance guidance to ensure complete, accurate files and equitable enrollment across Head Start/Early Head Start and related programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in social work, early childhood, or related field.
• Two years of ERSEA, family support, or HS/EHS enrollment experience preferred.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Support FSCs through every step of enrollment intake and enrollment process.
• Assist Family Support Coaches and Center Management in meeting enrollment timelines and communications with families.
• Identify missing items and barriers; coach centers to resolve documentation gaps.
• Provide reminders, supports, and hands-on guidance in a collaborative, non-punitive manner.
• Conduct pre- and post-enrollment audits to ensure files meet program standards.
• Maintain ERSEA data accuracy in CustomerPlus and ProCare and support corrections.
