Job summary

Stellant Systems is seeking a Business Systems Manager to own the Deltek Costpoint ERP architecture and lead integration efforts across the enterprise. You will optimize workflows, automate business processes, and drive data integrity while coordinating with IT, manufacturing, and design teams.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, project leadership, and modernization of systems with AI tool exploration. Remote work is available with onsite local opportunities as applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management with 9 years related experience; Masters with 7 years related experience
• ERP System Administration experience
• Experience with Deltek Costpoint ERP (required)
• SharePoint experience (required)

Responsibilities

• Own the design of architecture and data flow for Deltek Costpoint ERP
• Lead integration efforts between business systems
• Maintain systems currency and oversee ERP updates and migrations
• Drive workflow effectiveness to improve processes, quality and schedule
• Build, maintain and automate workflows to reduce manual work
• Ensure electronic, paperless workflow between design and manufacturing
• Identify opportunities to apply AI tools
• Liaise between end users, business units, consultants and OEMs
• Translate business needs into actionable plans and functional requirements
• Communicate user feedback and enhancements clearly
• Manage all business system implementation projects within budgets and schedules
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and align stakeholders
• Systems Administration & Data Support
• Develop reports to support data analysis and operational visibility
• Manage multiple SharePoint sites and document libraries
• Coordinate with IT and developers to meet security and technical standards
• Deliver user training and create SOPs and security guidelines
• Identify hardware needs and assist in equipment selection
