Job summary

RTX is hiring a Summer ERP Intern – Record to Report and Opportunity to Cash to support the Collins Process & Systems Transformation program. You will gain hands-on experience in business process transformation, financial systems, data conversion, and ERP testing as SAP S/4HANA becomes the future ERP platform.

The role emphasizes collaboration with cross‑functional teams to understand requirements, assist with data mapping, validation, and test automation while learning how technology supports

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, Business, or related STEM major and enrolled through the internship/co‑op session.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and/or Outlook)
• Experience working on cross‑functional teams and presenting information to internal and external stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Apply integration with SAP S/4HANA and data mapping.
• Develop data conversion specifications and document interim-state processes.
• Support core ERP functionality testing and test automation scripts.
• Document issues and assist related development activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and support ERP system usage
