We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic and global team. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the development and delivery of projects and requests from customers. You will work closely with leadership, stakeholders, internal, and external team members.
This is a 100% remote position.
This is a 3-month contract with the possibility of renewal.
Occasional travel (up to 10%) may be required for this position.

Role & Responsibilities
- Must have project management experience & track record in defining project scope, budget, risk, level of effort, objectives, and deliverables; coordinating cross-functional teams; providing guidance; and ensuring all members are aligned on project goals and timelines.
- Must have stakeholder & customer-facing experience to serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Must have experience in customer relationship management to build and nurture long-term relationships with customers and partners, acting as their advocate.
- Must have experience in managing and coordinating customer and team member request boards, ensuring regular customer health metrics (e.g., usage, satisfaction, renewals), Slack communication, tracking progress, and identifying opportunities for improvement. Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with customers to assess performance and alignment with business goals.
- Must be able to accommodate the following working hours: 3 days per week in NYC EST time zone and 2 days per week in Netherlands time zone.
- Must be fluent or conversational in Dutch.
- Good to have ERP, data analysis, and data migration experience.
Experience & Expectations
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Must Have proven experience in managing request/ticket system queues, timesheet invoicing accuracy, and task prioritization and assignment.
- Must Have excellent problem-solving skills to address complex issues and provide actionable solutions.
- Must Have ability to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously with high attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to project challenges.
- Preferably experience with NetSuite or ERP implementation or optimization.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is preferred.
- ERP system certification is strongly preferred.
- Must be fluent or conversational in Dutch.
