Job summary

Litmus7 is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale Oracle ERP Cloud implementation in Los Angeles. You will own program planning, governance, execution, risk management, and stakeholder coordination to drive go-live and stabilization.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of project or program management experience, a proven track record leading ERP deployments, and strong experience managing system integrators and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project/program management experience.
• ERP implementations, preferably Oracle ERP Cloud.
• Experience managing system integrators and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP program planning, execution, and governance.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate business stakeholders, implementation partners, and vendors.
• Drive executive communications, status reporting, and steering committees.
• Oversee testing, data conversion, integrations, cutover, and deployment activities.

Salary: $120,000 to $130,000 per Annum

• Seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale Oracle ERP Cloud implementation.
• The TPM will be responsible for overall program planning, governance, execution, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and successful delivery through go-live and stabilization.
