Job summary

ESPEC North America Inc is seeking an ERP Administrator to join the IT Department in Michigan. The role oversees ERP performance, troubleshoots issues, and manages user access, reports, and workflows.

This position requires strong data integrity practices and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Weekend schedules are not mentioned; standard hours are 8AM-5PM, Monday through Friday, with travel between Michigan and Colorado as needed.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of ERP and/or database administration preferred.
• Some travel between MI and CO required.
• Experience using NetSuite ERP system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the performance of ERP systems, troubleshooting and resolving problems related to hardware, software, user access, and other technical aspects.
• Creates and manages reports and dashboards, configures workflows, and handles routine administrative tasks.
• Maintains ERP security and data integrity; provides training for new features and works with IT team on projects.
