Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree and 0–3 years' experience or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Bachelor's Degree preferred; IT or Business discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs to design, troubleshoot and implement ERP applications.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and workflows.
• Document business requirements, functional specs, and process maps for training.
• Analyze ERP performance and resolve issues to improve security and functionality.
• Design, generate and monitor reports for ERP systems.
• Develop and maintain LMS courses and training materials.
• Travel on-site 25–50% to train new employees and support implementations.
